        Slow service as this is the only chemist in woodley precinct, and as woodley has grown, this is not the ideal situation for the staff who are doing a very difficult job. The attitude of some customer leaves a lot to be desired.

        Disorganised 4 day's after putting in a prescription still not ready. Going on to using an online pharmacy

        If you managed to get your prescription fulfilled without waiting a full hour in a queue to see the cashier and then told to wait another 50 minutes whilst the pharmacist counts your tablets....albeit in a pre-manufactured sealed box...then well done you! You may now proceed to the next level of the game....I'm not blaming the staff but the management of this store is atrocious, infact it's diabolical.

        About the worst place for service and the longest waiting time I have ever come across. Their American owners operate Boots on a shoe string and it shows in their inefficient methods, but hey, who cares? We are only their customers.
