There was an error in selecting the correct product because the bottles are similar. Also, the product was opened by a previous customer and that discovery was not made until after the purchase. I admire the calmness of the cashier and especially his maturity in resolving the issue and ensuring that the customer left satisfied. Good business ethics is progress. Kudos to you!

Whatever guy was there at 15:30 on Thursday the 30th needs to be fired he was rude about not giving a refund when the package of the hair was literally ripped and I had the receipt. Its illegal to not give a refund if item is faulty

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.. Your not allowed to open the item to check if it big enough. Yet they do not accept an exchange or a refund. Guy behind the till more bothered about his phone. Make sure your happy with the item before you pay & leave the shop. I'll recommend going elsewhere.

I sent my friend to buy hair for me,was given the wrong color...took it back the following day for an exchange of the right one but they refused to exchange it because the cellotape that seals the package had come off,I had hadn't used the hair, very rude staff didn't want to listen to me. Definitely won't be going back because there is a shop down the road with cheaper prices and good customer service
