I had an appointment with Mel earlier this week and the information given and enthusiasm both during and in the follow up has been amazing. Mel is clearly very knowledgable and I trust her entirely to help me look after, improve and feel better in my skin (it helps that she's also genuinely lovely and friendly too). I met Mel after years of suffering with severe acne and rosacea. I was at a low point in my life as I didnt want to make eye contact with anyone, had no confidence and wouldnt even open the door to the postman. 5 years on and now Im joining work meetings without make up because I have the right products to maintain healthy, happy skin. I wish I met Mel sooner, she really knows her stuff and truly cares about helping all her clients. The only person I trust with my skin! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
