I absolutely love and adore Ilaria as a person and how professional, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I had my eyebrows done elsewhere and were completely botched, had to remove the ink with laser treatment and to wait for 2 years overall to get my skin back, still had a bit of redness left from the laser and I lost a lot of my brow hair, I had lost confidence in myself but when Ilaria microbladed/shaded my eyebrows I was over the moon, the second session was even better, she went above and beyond to get the shape and style I wanted, was very patient and understanding and now I feel like I got a huge burden lifted as I am in love with my eyebrows again and I don't need to draw them or see the horrible redness left anymore. I 100% trust Ilaria to work on my skin and I will never let anyone else do any work. I can't wait to do my lips with her too because she's literally amazing. Service: Microblading

Amazing experience! Ilaria is a true expert in her field and a wonderful person! Customer service is delivered above and beyond! I am over the moon with my new eye brows - they look so natural and exactly how I wanted and imagined them to look! I am so so happy and grateful for everything!!! P.S. I have also decided to do an eyelash enhancer and now I can't wait for my next appointment!:)
