Absolutely amazing - very knowledgeable and is not only reassuring but super skilled in talking through all possible options. Amy has been so welcoming and understands that the decision and process is a big commitment, and with that isnt persistent or forceful when it comes to booking (which is nice as other companies make you feel as if its now or never, with half of the knowledge and trust that Amy gives). Would recommend anyone who has queries or is interested to speak to Amy and Tom. Thank you

Great experience at 209 Hair Studios (Reading). Very clean and smart studio, and Amy was really helpful taking time to explain everything and answer all questions without it coming across as a sales pitch or asking for immediate decisions. Look forward to coming back!
