I had booked few services with the salon as I had an important business meeting coming up.On the day of the appointment my little son was not feeling well and had vomited this was about 20 mins before the time of appointment. I called the salon to give them a heads up that I might run late by 10 mins. Their staff ( I believe it was Razel) appeared to be bored and uninterested to attend the call and conclusively said that my appointment will not go ahead without finding any other solution. In the past I have been very accommodative with the salon and have waited for 10-15 mins in few past appointments. Fearing I would be charged without any services I hurried to the salon leaving my son behind. I reached on time and asked them to confirm the name of the person whom i spoke to over phone in order to provide my feedback on customer service. While I was in conversation with the staff who refused to give me the name of the receptionist, their client at the site who was no way connected to the incident or me started to abuse me which is exactly when I got upset and raised my tone as the staffs were not stopping her. I see this as a prejudiced attack against a person of color ( the clients action and not the salon). Later on I agreed to have a chat with their owner Jackie. I believed she will take a neutral stand and listen to both the sides of the story instead she blindly supported her staffs and brushed aside the part where her client abused me. She had no intention to apologise on behalf of her client. They also tried to change the name of the staff who spoke to me over the phone with some underlying intention. They claimed that their receptionist cried, on the contrary I should be the one crying for going through the ordeal. I felt hurt by their actions and their failure to even consider my side. This is customer service at worst just to protect their inefficient and inconsiderate staffs.

The saloon is nice. Very disappointed due to the hair stylist who restyle my hair was rude and adamant. She kept inconsistent hair length despite being told to keep at one level. If I do straightening you can easily see at one side hair length has kept longer than others side. Also, uneven in between. Even trainee stylist cut better. Definitely not going to recommend anyone.
