I can only give 1 star, which is completely representative of my experience. Cancelled 3 hours before the appointment, with not so much as a text to explain why. Absolute waste of time. I moved to the area recently, and was looking for a new barber. I get my hair cut at least twice a month, so congratulations, terrible customer service has has lost approx 800 a year business.
