Absolutely useless went in on April 3rd to open a bank account for my daughter who's 14 was told it would take 5 working days but may be a little longer due to Easter fair enough! Still waiting have called 3 times seem to get someone in Delhi ?? Was given a reference number the first time told to call back In A week if still no card. Guess what still no card gave the reference number no record if the application someone would call me back still waiting!! Poor service to say the very least!! Guess

Worst customer service. Every bank agent gives different suggestions and updates.Its been taking weeks to open an account unfortunately!
