        One of the most inefficient companies I have ever dealt with. They could not put more obsticals in the way of working with them including not opening on a Saturday morning!

        This is by far the worst business bank account I have ever had (and I have been with RBS)! Cannot track loan payments as the online banking and app does not allow for this. Cannot change standing orders on the app or online (its faulty). Continuously charged erroneously for unarranged overdraft and refusing payments (in an account which is in credit and has no in and outgoings). Only benefit is that they keep having to compensate me for their terrible service.

        The only way to open the childs savings account is in branch in person. But the branches are only open Monday to Friday 9.30 to 4pm. So its impossible to open an account.
