They have moved and there is no really obvious signage on the old place. they are only a few hundred meters around the corner now. Went to the new place and when we first got inside there was a few people putting back their stuff and going. we chose our lunch and were about to que when a lady customer who had just got to the front announced that they dont take card. cash only. half the shop put thier stuff back and left. the staff could simply have put a sign up rather than wasting everyones time and not have had a load of irritated customers. There isnt anything magic about being thoughtful and decent to customers but it does make a world of difference

The New Greggs in Wokingham in peach Street has 10 seats, but they do not provide the toilet. This is against the rules According to section 20 of the 1976 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act, takeaways with more than 10 seats must provide a customer toilet. Why havent you got a toilet you have 10 seats what is the point of coming to your shop drinking something needing the toilet and then having to go over to Nero coffee to get a toilet? It is not that hard to make sure only customers use the toilet by only allowing them in if they have an up-to-date receipt that they have bought something in the shop I expect customers to drink something and then not need the toilet I would like to hear from you.

Used to be a regular customer at their old location in Wokingham where the service was top notch - big shout out to Sandra for this! New location has a wider variety of food, seating area but the service is not anywhere near where it used to be. Slow, wrong orders and no knowledge of existing offers - can be expected in the first few days of opening a new location but not this far on. Such a shame.
