        Terrible knowledge behind the counter. Failed to tell me that there were several options for certain parts on two visits within two weeks and showed no remorse or acknowledgement to their mistakes.

        The staff couldnt find my order number. After I tried to help find the order number they were unable to locate it. The response from the staff member behind the desk was order it again and said all right mate. No one got up from the desk to greet me or any-other customer coming through the door and were busy chatting among themselves. It left me feeling I was a problem for them and they did not want my custom. Not coming back.
