I don't know a lot about cars. They talked me through the issues with my car and what need to be done. The price was reasonable and the service they gave was superb. Highly recommended to all. They turned the car around in the 4 days they said it would take.

reelvideoman 2 days ago3 visits to get two tyres fitted. Over 3 hours waiting time and still the tyre warning indicator is on after they "had fixed it". Next step I'll take the vehicle to Lexus for repair and Woodley Auto can pay. They have my contact details if they want to talk to me Did you use this business? Yes Response from the owner 7 hours ago Good Afternoon Firstly I would like to apologise for the inconvenience you have felt with the recent visit to our centre. I would like to make clear to you that we are only the tyre fitting service that Asda Tyres contract via the prestige fleet network, we do not order tyres on your behalf nor do we take any payment from you. All customer service is handled with by Asda Tyres. In respect of the TPMS issue you were experiencing I have twice reset this and check all the TPMS valves on your vehicle even though we replaced only the front two tyres on your vehicle. I can only assume that the issue is with the rear tyres and we have not worked on or replaced the rear tyres on your vehicle. The review you have left is inaccurate and does not reflect the fact that we have extended you every courtesy and still do not refuse to help you further with your vehicle. Kind Regards This is my earlier review and the response from the "owner". Apparently my review was inaccurate. Apparently I didn't wait over 3 hours and make 3 visits to them? I have car tracker evidence showing I did exactly that. No inaccuracies there? Was the TPMS working after I left? Yes, for less than 5 miles. No inaccuracies there. On my last visit the "owner" stated he had reset the TPMS twice, as he said in his response. He fails to say that he assigned one of his fitters to reset the TPMS and check the rear tyres in case it was these causing the problem. That fitter told me he had fixed it and checked tyre pressures which were all ok. Some 3 hours later the "owner" called me to discuss this after my first review. He repeated the accusation of inaccuracy but couldn't respond which bits of my review were inaccurate? He suggested the issue might be with the rear tyres which I agree he had no part in fitting. But he confirmed the fitter had checked the pressures and they were all ok. After our call I did check the pressures myself. The offside rear tyre was at 19psi. This would be the likely cause of the TPMS giving a fault reading and so it proved when another garage discovered a puncture in that tyre, repaired it and the TPMS has reset. So now the issue with this garage is not only the extended time delay in doing the work but also INACCURATELY testing the rear tyres as they stated they had and allowing me to drive a vehicle with one tyre in a dangerous condition. I incidentally I reinflated that tyre but it had gone down again to low 20s overnight. It must have been significantly below pressure when the TPMS was indicating what we thought was a fault. This TPMS was not on before the first or second visit to this garage. Whilst I agree the rear tyres weren't their issue they did make them part of the issue in trying to trace the TPMS problem. Then either not checking the pressures as they stated they had, or just ignoring the issues? I'll leave the reader to decide which version they believe. My advice is don't use the establishment, especially for Asda work. The "owner" told me during our phone conversation that his margin was much reduced by the work done by Asda. He wanted this comment off the record but I refused to accept that. Why did he want to tell me this? Because he was excusing less thorough work for Asda customers? I suspect he'll suggest this inaccurate too. Service: Tires
