It was an okay experience. I arrived first thing but the there was no one at the desk. I called and someone came out after a few minutes. The guy was polite enough. The price was right for the battery. It was 40 cheaper than Motor Direct. Worked out about 8 more than Tayna but I needed it like yesterday. I ordered by click and collect and it was ready within minutes. One thing of note from the guy who served me. The warranty lives on the invoice so dont lose it. Marked down two stars due to lack of parking. Their vans everywhere. Entrance is poor. Left to stairs. Strong smell of paint as they are refurbishing. Might come back in future. First visit was okay. Battery mislabelled too. Lucky I had my tape measure with me.
