I used to use this company alot. Called up recently they wouldn't serve me unless i had an account and they couldnt open an account for me before 5 days. Poor service.

Went to get a part for my VW T6. Surprisingly they had it in stock. They sell genuine parts. I just wanted a small bracket for my side door, 143. That's a lot of money, but had no choice. Well, that's VW for you, very good but expensive. Btw, I would never buy any other van and this is my sixth one.

Been using these chaps for over two / three years on trade account getting all of my genuine Volkswagen / Audi parts from them, spoke to Haps and Scott in the past, and not single issue Ive had with these two fellas, always got the parts and part numbers needed, spoke to a chap called James on 8th August 2022 for him to turn on me and be like they cant give me the part number for centre air vents from VW, so I could use that to look elsewhere and they would rather me wait 7-10 working days for a back order, thank you TPS for a terrible service. Great work for losing a customer, rather take my business elsewhere.
