        Wonderful service from RBH and West Berks Hospital Audiology Depts. Lucy at West Berks Community Hospital had the presence of mind to set up my replacement hearing aids whilst I was delayed 20 mins for my appointment, so the fitting was very quick. Thanks also to RBH Audiology for making Lucy aware of my expected eta.

        Great service. I tried hugely expensive private aids once and they were worse. Helpful staff and drop on service good with waits generally not too bad. Hospital appears to house them in the worst shed of a building.
