        We had a large ship design framed just before Christmas. The attendant was friendly, patient, and helpful and there was a wide selection of lovely frames to choose from. When we took the piece home the frame unfortunately cracked when hung. The staff handled this wonderfully- they were very communicative and repaired the frame within the promised timeframe. Really impressed with their customer service!
