I recently bought a good sized plot with a rather ugly barn and five grain silos on it. The plan was to submit a Class Q application to convert the barn and two silos to residential, Tait Architects has played a key part in this process which hasn't been straight forward, working with Tait Architects has been a very positive experience, working through different designs and layouts and creating a home we can be proud of. Tait Architects submitted and managed the planning process from start to finish, worked quickly and efficiently throughout and now we have our planning consent.

For the past few years I have worked with Tait Architects on a challenging project to knock down a 70s challis bungalow and develop a modern contemporary design to suite my life style. At all times I found them to be professional and informative in their approach at all stages of design, overcome planning issues and getting a building contractor on board. We now enter the construction phase of the project and I look forward to working with Tait Architects to complete this project.
