Jon & his team felled 5 overgrown Conifers for us, team were very knowledgeable and hardworking. Chopped and stacked the wood for me. Most importantly they were very safe, quick and price charged very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Efficient, competitive, reliable and professional, no contest! We used Jonathan to have our protected oak tree pruned in accordance with TPO regulations. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he also submitted the application to the Council for us (which is a job in itself!). The Tree Officer carried out an inspection of the tree and spoke well of Big Heart Tree Care, the work was approved alot quicker than anticipated. Jon from Big Heart Tree Care is simply amazing (some say godlike)! Had an amazing experience with Big Heart Tree Care sorting out issues with couple of mature trees in my backgarden - everyone was very friendly, kind, helpful and on time, with plenty of very useful advice! Highly recommend!

Reliable, professional, friendly I had a substantial yew tree in my garden that was not only blocking the light but also damaging my patio. Jon and his incredibly friendly team has taken it down and removed the stump in a timely and expert manner. Unlike other tradesman I contracted in the past, Jon has arrived on time and got cracking with the job wasting no time. From the quotation to the completion, the team remained professional and worked courteously to deliver the job that exceeded my expectations- I found my garden looking immaculate at the end of the day. I dont normally take the time to write reviews but John and his team at Big Heart Tree Care absolutely deserve a 5 star review.

I have used this company several times and I'd recommend them to anyone... Jon and his guys are cheerful, professional and very reasonably priced. They recently cut back and tidied some very overgrown leylandii trees at the back of my garden along with two neighbours, they did a brilliant job in a tight space and atrocious weather conditions. They cleared up really well, shredded all the trimmings and took away for recycling. I'll definitely use them again, they did a great job. Well done boys!
