        Pathetic Service. If you are an office person you will never find anybody at the reception. During my stay there was no hot water for straight 4 days. Not recommended.

        Absolute nightmare, if there was a horrnedous quality button i would have clicked that. The staff were rude, and when i complained to their manager Michelle she also never returned my emails. in my 4 week stay i had no heating or hot water for 13 nights the first time and limited hot water for the remainder of the stay. The gas was cut off to the property due to the bill not being pais and the wifi was also turned off for the same reason. stay well clear of these cowboys
