Karolina Garlicka Fertility Acupuncture Caversham, Reading

Over the past 18 months, Ive been seeing Karolina for a range of treatments, including stress management, fertility and PGP (pelvic groin pain). She has a consistent approach and always takes the time to explain her thoughts on the issue at hand and recommended a course of treatment with me. If treatment isnt going to plan, then we discuss and agree next steps. She provides a high level of service and often follows up to check on my reaction to treatment and whether follow up sessions are required. I particularly appreciate her wealth of experience and knowledge, especially in the fertility sector where she has encouraged me to better understand nhs treatment I was receiving in addition to acupuncture. Shes also always happy to recommend books and podcasts. Which has been invaluable. Above all else, Karolina really cares about you as an individual and what youre going through. I have no doubt that my fertility / pregnancy journey would have been a lot longer and harder without her help. In terms of booking and availability. I like the online booking system although I know I can always text Karolina if any issues finding the availability I need which is handy. I always look forward to my treatments and cant recommend Karolina enough!

Highly recommended! Ive been seeing Karolina for about 6 months to help with fertility. I feel so much more energised, with a healthy warm glow (previously very cold/poor circulation). There have been changes to my body that I havent seen for 10+ years - its amazing! My sciatica has also resolved for the first time in 20 years!! I recently visited the chiropractor, who Ive been seeing for years but she didnt know about the acupuncture at the time, and she commented that I was much less tense than usual and fewer incidental clicks when she was manipulating me - which I now know means that my joints are in a much better state. The chiropractor gave a knowing nod when I told her Id been having acupuncture. Before seeing Karolina I was a bit skeptical about just some needles, but now Im a full convert, the health benefits have been so far reaching. Karolina is friendly and compassionate. The appointments run to time and she has an easy to use website to book appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Thanks to Karolina, I do now sleep. I have no hot flashes anymore. The pain in my back disappeared. What else? She listens to your need and work accordingly. I definitively recommend her.

I have been having acupuncture and reflexology with Karolina for the last year to help me manage my anxiety and stress. It has truly been a life saver. Karolina is caring, supportive and thoughtful each visit. She really listens and her approach is perfect for each time. I have never had acupuncture until meeting Karolina and now I cant imagine not having this. If you are thinking of trying I would 100% recommend Karolina it really is a lovely relaxing experience.
