        It is hard to articulate quite how significantly acupuncture has changed my life. I went to Toni after suffering for months with debilitating long covid symptoms which included chronic fatigue, constant infections, tinnitus and vertigo. I was unable to work and had resigned myself to living like this long term. Acupuncture shifted the inflammation in my body almost immediately and, over time, has helped build back strength and immunity. Toni's expertise and support has underpinned my journey to recovery. Our regular sessions are invaluable.

        Ive been seeing Toni for multiple acupuncture sessions. She has a very calm, relaxing and lovely demeanour that makes the sessions really enjoyable, I look forward to every session with her. Ive seen physical and mental improvements from her sessions and would really commend her to anyone thinking about doing acupuncture.
