I am a complete layperson in such matters (clueless) and was somewhat panicked (putting it mildly...) however, Jane was able to both establish and explain (in layman terms) the issues at hand and what was required, acting on them towards a (thankfully) successful resolution.
The service I received was fantastic - Jane is prompt, patient (I really didn't have a clue), and diligent - a true professional - providing me with confidence and support during that stressful time.
