        The area is spot on clean and tidy ok ....But like tenant is not worth it to stay anymore here is sad to seei maybe is good for the greedy landlords/Agents but for the tennent is starting not worth it...All the prices off bills is booming and + is rise up the rent and if you don't want to sign the contract in couple of hours& days your out is coming another greedy. So if you want to save some money don't rent here is only money grabs....No win for the tenant only BIG win for the Landlords/Agents
