We again used Homemaster to move - this time for a local move within Shrewsbury. The team was (again) extremely professional and organized; they even adapted to an unexpected complication with our move (beyond their, or our, control or anticipation). The team made the move as easy as possible and I can think of no better indication of support for this company than to point out both that we are repeat customers and plan to use them again whenever our next move happens.

From the first visit these guys were incredibly professional and excellent to work with. The quote process was easy, clear and concise and once agreed communication was great throughout our move. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and were efficient and friendly and completed the move with minimal fuss and in great time. Would definitely recommend and if (hopefully not) we have to move in the future we wouldn't hesitate in choosing Homemaster again. Thanks guys.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. The removal date had to be postponed by a few days so Daniel and the team simply stored our contents then delivered a few days later. They were so considerate when boxes were bought into our new house - we were never rushed, and they were patient and extremely helpful. I would recommend unreservedly.

My mum had just died and I had to move alone suddenly from a 2 bed house to a 2 bed 2nd floor flat. Daniel could not have been better. He put me at ease - and so did the two chaps that also moved me on the day - and showed me how he'd take care of my things. He was 190 dearer than another quote and I don't have much money, but didn't hesitate to take these chaps for the job and so glad I did, they were worth their weight in gold. Polite, courteous and always in good spirits. They wouldn't leave until I was happy with furniture placement, and honestly, I couldn't have had better service. Highly recommend to everyone especially those who are already going through tough times. Thank you to all at Homemaster Relocations!
