Just had our whole house windows replaced .5 star service from start to finish ! Oliver & Ben both were very helpful and professional . From start to finish everything was very smooth .Oliver was very accommodating with installation dates (They installed on Easter Friday ! ).Both Ben and Oliver responds to all the questions / query very patiently + promptly .Quality of work and products is also very good .I would highly recommend them . Wow I have only really bad things to say about Ed. He was arrogant, didn't listen and basically was ignorant and impolite from the get go. Apparently he is the director but he needs direction on how to speak to people. I thought the company looked pretty good but considering how he behaves I wouldn't go anywhere near them. Stay clear from Ed or you'll find yourself a bad bad bad experience!

I have to say I am really disappointed with this company. First they forget to come but once here. Stated other companies were mis selling as non quoted for toughened glass on ground floor. Got a quote. And few days later got a call, where I explained my research meant I don't need this toughened glass, only to be told its never been quoted for so its ok. Found that strange. If you say its need then the quotation would include it surely. Then after a week I get a call to say he was sorry but needed to cancel my showroom appt and rearrange an another date. I never made this appt, so why call me. This is hard selling on a different level. Shame on them. I would not buy on principle, even if cheaper.
