        The closing times are wrong for the actual post office but the man at the front is very friendly and helpful

        After half an hour of one word unhelpful sentences, I was refused a returns service, despite complying with Post Office rules, because the Post Office worker kept saying no when I asked him to scan or print the label to complete the return. This was despite the clothing website saying the Post Office would print it for me. I watched as they gave decent customer service to other people but not me. They were very rude and went out of their way to not help. I had to go home unable to post off my return.

        Go to this post office regularly and receive excellent customer service and friendly service from a middle- aged man called Sandip. He is very polite and professional when I deliver my parcels!
