        Terrible customer service. Ordered food, was told to collect it at a set time. To arrive and be told it's not been cooked yet. Wait around for our food to be cooked, then be charged extra for a sauce. Very rude and unhelpful staff.

        Pizza Hut Express often visiting this place at St Anns Shopping centre. With more choice at the mall this place is always a good vibe pizza & meal deals are reasonable..!!

        Just called Pizza Hut Rayners Lane for office staff (over 15 people) the most unprofessional female lady answered the phone. She was not interested in taking any orders and just wanted me to do online as (i feel) she was being lazy and looked like she was being force to work. Message to the owner i think you need to change all your staff looking at your reviews 2.5 stars is very poor standard for a company like Pizza hut. I have just ordered similar pizza from dominos (across the road from this branch) straight forward . My order was over 70
