Where do I begin? Carole is absolutely fantastic. Not only is she a brilliant personal trainer who is knowledgeable and highly skilled in what she does. She has also provided me with a safe and supportive space to train and exercise in comfort. I am able to bring my children along when I don't have child care. This has been essential in enabling me to keep training. I have relied on her support to recover from having my baby and she has supported me to regain my physical and mental strength. I would highly recommend her.

I'd never been to the gym before/stuck to exercise routine. I found Carol in April 22 and have been going every week since. I'm feeling stronger and slowly getting fitter. Should have started earlier!

Where do you even start with CS Personal training. When you start working with Carol you dont just get a pt (an amazing pt at that), you get a buddy, a laugh, a support, a mentor, a teacher, a friend. Shes so much more than just an awesome personal trainer! I started working with Carol during one of my toughest time, from the start to 2 years later she has been more than a support. Shes been with me through thick and thin, and I dont think she realises the impact she has on her clients lives or my life. She would adapt my training, every week I saw her, all of it depending on my needs, shed take time to guide me in not just training but in so many aspects of sport. As an athlete, she has taken me to be the best I could be and I certainly wouldnt be where I am in swimming without her. Through my regaining muscles, nutrition, injuries, she knows whats best and Im so lucky to have had her to lead me to optimise my passion. Training with Carol isnt a chore because she could never make it anything other than enjoyable, you dont just work out, you work out with a giggle, a chat and a release. Carol knows so much about all aspects of training and she gives off the most positive vibes, I dont think Ive ever left her gym without a smile on my face. Shes just got everything you want in a personal trainer and so much more, she listens to your needs and will take all the time she has to make sure youre plan is going to work for you and for your goals. Carol is awesome and Id recommend her to anyone with no doubt in my mind. She will always do everything she can to help any one of her clients achieve what they want, because she loves doing it. Wouldnt train with anyone else!

Carole PT review (posted on behalf of Joanne) At the beginning of this year I decided I needed to get a PT in order for me to lose previous baby weight and tone up. I just didnt have the motivation to do by myself. When researching PTs locally I had a few boxes I needed to tick. 1. Preferably female 2. Home gym 3. Happy for me to bring kids during school holidays Carole ticked all these boxes. 6 weeks into training I found out I was pregnant. I was assured by my midwife and Carole that I could continue my training and she adjusted my program to suit. Being honest, exercise is not something I enjoy at all and having previously seen a PT in a gym I much preferred the home environment. There is no waiting around for equipment and there are no distractions. Carole is great company, easy to talk to which makes the hour pass quite quickly. Throughout my pregnancy I have continued to work hard and dont feel I look as big in comparison to my previous two pregnancies. I am putting that down to training twice a week to the best of my ability, even on the days I dont feel like it. Carole adapts my session depending on how I feel on the day, tired, sick etc and will still ensure a good session no matter what. She is flexible and also helpful, always on the other end of the phone if I need advice (or a massage) as I am suffering with pregnancy related sciatica. In summary, I no longer dread training sessions, I actually quite enjoy them and I am really looking forward to getting stuck in to a tougher training regime and even better habits once baby arrives. Carole cannot wait to have the baby visit and has already assured me she is happy to soothe while I work out which is another massive benefit to training in a home gym. I feel very lucky to have found someone I clicked with as I never thought Id enjoy weight training or training at all! I would highly recommend Carole to anyone who would like to get fit and/or lose some weight as she goes above and beyond to ensure you achieve your goals. She is non judgemental and genuinely there to help others.

A visit to a personal trainer such as CS Training gives you more than a simple work-out. I have arthritis in my knee: that is why going to a personal trainer is important for me. I may have easy access on foot to a gym not far from our house but I choose to drive to CS Training instead. A modern gym has plenty of excellent equipment and, if all you want is a simple workout, that will offer excellent value-for-money. But if you want someone to look at how your body is responding to the exercises, to offer on-the-spot advice to get it right, to fine-tune the exercises to target a particular muscle, then a personal trainer is what you need. There is also the issue of motivation. I would be the first to admit that unless I have a commitment in my diary, something else will always crowd it out: the inevitable Ill do it later approach. A slot in the diary is what I need to get me exercising.
