The staff are all absolutely lovely, and professional. The store is clean, bright, airy and uncrowded, although a little busier at the moment as it is a vaccine hub for Covid. I just had my spring booster and the staff dealing with that were great too. This is my regular chemist where I get 11 prescription items per month filled with no mistakes. Mr Patel the chief pharmacist and owner is a really lovely and also extremely knowledgeable and competent man and I have known him for over 20 years. Many years ago there was a long lasting national shortage of a drug I very much relied on and somehow he managed to get it for me. I shall be eternally grateful.

I visited healthways pharmacy today morning to get my 7-month old daughter's ears pierced. The entire experience was wonderful. The piercing specialist Bharti was very kind, friendly and made my daughter very comfortable during the entire process. She helped me find the perfect earrings, and guided me through the entire process and after care. It is a family run business and the staff there are very helpful and approachable. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who would like to buy medication or get their baby's ears pierced. Note: please call the pharmacy before going for a piercing to make sure that the piercing specialist is available.
