I purchased a mirror, which revealed a small crack on the bottom left corner when I opened it. I notified Bathflow and was advised to email a picture through, which I did and they would notify the manufacturer. I received no correspondence to confirm the email had been successfully received and after two days of having no communication, I rang the store and received a very dismissive, uninterested response of "I should hear back from the manufacturer tomorrow and I'll call you to update", needless to say I haven't heard back from Bathflow and very much doubt I will.
I'm disappointed, as I believe after sales care is just as important (if not more so) than the initial sale. I wasn't even asking for a refund, all I wanted was to have the mirror repaired or replaced. I purchased quite a few items from Bathflow for my bathroom refurb and thought I was dealing with a company who cared about their customers. This seems to only stretch, right up until the point when you have an issue which requires rectifying.
I've now had to source a company myself who specialises in repairing mirrors which is not only going to cost me money but time too!
