        They have been caring for Mum for a couple of years. Always found PHC to be flexible, being able to provide extra levels of care at short notice. In the event of any problems that may occur I have never been disappointed by their attitude and prompt attention to rectify the situation in a timely manner.

        I have been receiving home care support since 2018 from Pinner Home Care. The carers have all been excellent. Keen to help in any way. And their care has been excellent. I could not have wished for better help. Also Evelyn and Eric work very hard to ensure their clients are happy with the service.

        My parents are in their 90s and consequently require quite a bit of care, PHC have provided this since 2017. They get visited three times per day all year round and there have been no real problems apart from a couple of visits being missed and on one occasion two carers turning up at the same time. I think overall the care and service provided has been fine and anyone with an elderely parent would be happy with the service. I know my mum and dad would hate being in a home and they are very happy with the current arrangement and the people who look after them.
