Patrick was very professional and extremely thorough with my case. He ran through and explained each clause in the contract I was to sign, even adding a reciprocal clause which he felt would be to my advantage. Unfortunately, he had to spend a great deal of time chasing up the other side of the agreement, however his persistence paid off and was much appreciated. I would recommend Patrick to anybody.
