They are an awful company to deal with and avoid them via amazon.
3 weeks and I am still waiting for a 48 refund even though they have confirmed receipt of my returned item.
I wish I had read the reviews so please learn from my error and read the reviews first yourself.

Tried to purchase a junior cricket bat from this company via Amazon. Over 2 weeks now and still no sign of the delivery. Requested a refund and nothing heard. Read the other reviews below about really poor customer service and no deliveries. Be very careful before you order from this company and I would suggest you use another retailer.
