Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. On the phone customer service knew exactly what they were talking about. When I arrived at TWR I was talked through exactly what would happen with my watch. Collected my watch 4 weeks later and it was like brand new. I had previously been quoted 20+ weeks for the same service and a higher price. The cost was ever so slightly cheaper then anywhere else but it wasn't about the money. The service and the fact of the 4 week turn around (I was quoted 6 weeks) was brilliant. Thanks so much.

Great find quick efficient and very helpful and friendly. I was told it may take ten days but I picked the watch up within a week . Highly recommended.

Sent my tag off for a service after getting a quote online,reccived several update phone calls and bill was as quoted...watch was back within a couple of weeks looking and working like brand new again...excellect service..thank you
