Albert was very pleasant to deal with, very calm, very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. As was his collegue.
We were given a good price for our current van as a part exchange by Albert, which acted as a deposit on the new van.
The new van was valeted and ready to be collected on the agreed day.
Everything had been taken care of very smoothly & hassle free.
Having been in the vehicle sales trade myself for some 20 years (though not any more) I am aware there are plenty of sharks out there, however rest assured these guys are straight.
I am hoping in 5 years time when we are due for another upgrade we can call in to Albert & AK sales for another replacement van.
