I have worked for this company for 10 years, I can honestly say, I havent got a bad word to say about it, otherwise I wouldnt have been here for so long. I generally feel supported by all staff and office staff. Especially the owners of the company who always go above and beyond to help and advise when needed. I will continue my journey of Care Work with Brooks Care and Nursing.

I have recently started employment with this company and I have instantly felt at ease within the team and within my new role. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and have continued to help me at every step along the way to help me fit into my new role with ease. The staff at Brooks spend a lot of time and care making sure that their adults and staff are looked after and I have been taken aback at times, at how much empathy they take with their staff, compared to previous employers that I have worked with. I very much look forward to my future & progressing my career within Brooks Care & Nursing.

Absolutely disgusting management are shocking , tells lies, make up false accusations, ,let staff lie about absolutely everything, as for the so called owners of this company who are supposedly meant to be former nurses ; they dont care what goes just as long as the money rolls in,refuse to do anything about any complaints and let their office managers threat to terminate care knowing full well they are unable to unless there has been another care provider put in place,so you bow down to them and let them carry on with their disgraceful behaviour! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
