Its tricky because Im a woman who works outside - so its super tough to get clothes with the right shape, size and warmth/waterproofing etc whilst retaining suitable flexibility.
Previous embroiderers have been horrendous - but Gaynor made this so so easy. I went into her workroom, she helped me pick an awesome garment, and she had that and the items I left her branded within the week.
Could not have been more impressed. She clearly loves her work which makes her an absolute dream to deal with! Cannot recommend highly enough.
