Would give no stars if I could. Brought a few cars from here an each one had problems. This one the worst. Men are so rude an horrible to talk too. Dont take credit card because they are greedy yet the company states it does. Brought a car and had just passed MoT (dodgy) water pump Fri screen didnt work so should never have passed. Injectors had gone so advised an too back, they said would take 2 days took 2 weeks each time I chased they lied and said they had spoken to me or my husband previous. A week later advised wasnt aware boot seal and water pump needed doing when they did know. Rude on the phone an think you owed them the world for purchasing a car. I collected today and found oil all over front seat (claimed wasnt them yet they cleaned them when I brought it 4 weeks prior) a stone chip in window which 100% wasnt there before an it stinks of fumes. Already contacted trading standards and will be following this up. Do not buy. They are just greedy an want your money dont care about you or service. Horrible men. Will no doubt say they have no record of me buying a car from them just to cover them selves. I definitely brought a car here Ford fiesta silver, on the 12th dec happy to share phone records an purchase details for proof. Scammers.

Zead Cars are a lovely and genuine family run business. They managed to accommodate us at short notice, with professionalism and kindness. I bought a car from them, which included warranty, AA membership and a full years MOT. I had a slight issue with the fans in the car, but got in touch and they fixed it quickly with no problem or cost. Great company, would not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend to a friend. Thank you Zead Cars!

My daughter bought a Peugeot 208 from this garage at a little under 5,000. Nothing but trouble so far and Im getting increasingly frustrated. Engine management light has now come on for a second time so Ive taken it to a garage and the fault code is catalytic exhaust. They wont believe us and say they will get it repaired. How do you get an exhaust repaired that in their words needs replacing and has already been welded up. Should I pay nearly 5,000 for a car only for them to try and blag them selves through the 3 month warranty period. I understand their frustration with it potentially being quite costly but their the sellers and Im the customer whos been sold a car that isnt right. What they are offering is basically a temporary repair that will last a few months rather than getting it done properly. This company treats you like your a pain in the back side for wanting something right that you paid nearly 5,000 for. Steer clear because should you need after care it wont be forth coming..
