Thank you Chris and Steve. We just had the best staircase fitted at a reasonable price and completed in the agreed time. 10 out of 10 for tidiness. Even brought own tea and coffee ;) We would 100% recommend and use again!!

Finding a reliable contractor that delivers exactly what you agree is often a challenge. I found stairs direct by fluke via a search engine, as we were looking to get our existing spiral staircase repaired. From the initial call right through to delivery and installation Chris and his colleague Steve were superb at managing our expectations and we are delighted with the finished product. Well done Stairs Direct.

Absolutely delighted with my renovation. All work carried out to an exceptional standard by a friendly duo. Very experienced and professional service. Chris was great in providing advice, help with design, pricing (which was very favorable compared to others) and talking us through the whole process. As for the installation, Steve was excellent - fantastic workmanship and very clean worker. Very happy and would highly recommend Stairs Direct UK Ltd if you considering a staircase renovation. Great business to deal with. From initial messages to phone calls to call outs, nothing was a problem. They've done a great job with my stairs. It wasn't an easy ask but they delivered and we are so pleased. Looking to use them for my garden now.
