        Absolutely shocking customer service, rude and arrogant. I complained my order hadn't been delivered when promised. I called Mr Mark Paver and he was very rude and obnoxious, didn't offer me a refund and told me I could 'take it or leave it' when I asked about delivery and he said it would arrive when it arrives. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY!
