In all my years of buying, I have never been as frustrated with customer service as I have been for the last 7 months. I purchased bedroom furniture 7 months ago and have just received the last piece. Firstly, I understand that delays are out of F&B's control at present due to the pandemic etc, however, this is not an excuse for poor communication. Our furniture has been delivered to the wrong house (as we've moved during these 7 months) 3 TIMES despite changing our details with them. They agreed a loan bed for us at one point ... then delivered the wrong size loan bed (for the mattress we'd already purchased to go with the new bed). I've lost count of the amount of deliveries which have been organised for us to receive a call the day before by the driver who casually tells us that there's no bed. Every person who I have spoken to has been lovely and say all the right things but rarely followed though. The list is literally endless. I could not ever recommend this company (or DREAMS who own them) to anybody. The furniture is beautiful if you're prepared to wait several months with several challenges along the way. I should have asked for a refund months ago and spent our money elsewhere.
