Don't expect all they promise and you won't be let down. 2 jobs quoted for, decorating and garden slabbing and completed reasonably well. Decorating: unfortunately the decorater turned up with no tools, borrowed my brand new paper stripper and broke it, despite being promised a replacement I'm still waiting. Slabbing: part slabbing a back garden and cementing a swing in. Didnt want to cement the swing in whilst cementing the slabs as he didn't want to ruin his pattern?? supposedly he was to return to remove a couple of slabs and fit the swing. (Totally illogical but his plan) Again I'm still waiting. As stated at the beginning of the review don't expect what they promise.

Enlisted Roof to Roots for a complete refurb (after a previous contractor on my site botched the job and was unresponsive) and was determined to hire the right contractor the second time round and thank GOD that I did... Whilst examining my paperwork, I noticed that Bairstowe Eves, my lettings agency had used them severally for maintenance work at one of my other properties 20 minutes down the road and this gave me the confidence boost to hire them. After a consultation and computation of budget, their experienced team rapidly got to work and fitted a new kitchen, glistening bathroom, fencing w/ three gates around the property, carpets, boarded areas of loft that required work, repainted the entire house, landscaped my garden, fitted soffits fascias and new gutters around the property at a price that was ultra competitive and inexpensive. Property valuation has increased significantly thanks to their input. I now work with them exclusively to manage my real estate assets. I'm a client for life. Honest and decent people. Wish them every success in their endeavours.
