        terrible, wasted journey here only to find it was closed even though post office website said it was open.

        Total lack of customer service and sense of urgency from staff - customers queueing out the door and a 20 minute wait before the queue started to move (for what is now the second occasion). Fed-up customers actually abandoning their positions in the queue, as they know theyve missed the post. A valued local service but hard to get through the door.
