We were first introduced to Papplewick Pet Services, and therefore Natalie, 2 years ago. We were going on holiday and needed a dog sitter. We had the initial meet and greet, where we met her 3 boys. Our boy can be a bit cautious when meeting new friends, but he took to both Natalie and her boys so well, enjoying the 5 acres of enclosed of woodland that the dogs are able to enjoy, always under supervision though. Since then, he's been going to Natalie's every time we go away, and once a week for a play date with his now, best friends. We've sadly been through a lot with our boy, but Natalie has been with us every step of the way, even going out of her way to come to our house the day after he had an eye removed, to give him a groom as he was in a bit of a state. We cannot give enough stars here, 5 just doesn't seem to cut it when you consider that Natalie always goes above and beyond the call.

Amazing professional and friendly service. Took great care of my boy on his first groom and gave updates along the way. He looks so much better and smells incredible!

Ive been taking Milo here since his first groom. Hes a Retriever crossed with a Bearded Collie so has a hell of a coat! I think the fact that he literally drags me to say hello to Natalie at the gate and doesnt look back when she walks him off for his groom speaks for itself. He always comes back looking so smart and full of smiles. Wouldnt take him anywhere else.
