Excellent surgery my husband and myself have had nothing but good treatment. Got same day appointment after speaking to doctor. Referred for X-rays which I had by 9.30am next day. Reception always been polite and helpful. Like the new hold your place in queue system when you call. Well done Abbey Med I say

Really incompetent and rude staff. Surgery doesn't have the record for medication I am taking from last 6 years, nothing left to say . Doctor arguing and asking me to buy prescription only medication over the counter . Been on 2 pharmacies and they asked for prescription. Requested the staff to speak with pharmacist but they refused. Disgraceful service.
