        Rude staff, new manager thinks he can talk to customers anyway he wants. They give you faulty cars, double charge you for the booking and won't tell you unless you spot it on your statement. Terrible, just stay away from this branch

        Staff were really efficient and attentive. Service was also very prompt, which I appreciated. This time I was handled by Ross, who was friendly, likeable and helpful. I was really happy with everything in every respect, as before.

        These guys are the best hire car company branch in the UK . I hire all the time and will use these guys. They are friendly, helpful , honest and totally professional. All brwches should take heed from here. Ross in particular always takes care of the rentals and I am always grateful for the personal touch. No matter how busy or underfore the team are they are always speedy, pro, with a can do attitude. Heads and shoulders above the competition.
