        Ordered a pizza couple days ago and I found a piece of hair in the pizza. I was so disgusted, called the branch the guy awnsered the phone, not really concerned about what happened, telling me he will resolve the matter and he'll pass this to the manager when I asked for at least a refund(he wanted to just send me another pizza). One week later, obviously nothing happened, I called again to find the same guy, now telling me he is the manager before he realises it's me on the phone again. If you respect yourself never order from this branch, health hazards and no one cares.

        Ordered two pizzas, one of them came with a piece of hair inside. Extra protein. Called the store, they said they couldn't give us a refund because the manager wasn't there, but they could send us another pizza. We refused and insisted on having our money back, to which the employee replied "okay I'll tell my manager tomorrow and it'll take max 10 days for your money". Also he gave us a sketchy email to make the complaint, which we sent a message to but never got a reply. Fast forward one week later, there's no refund, we called again at the store , the same guy picked up and said he was the manager. We asked for our money back again, he said he would do it (after trying to convince us that he did before and it takes time). Horrible food, horrible customer service.

        Just placed an order on Deliveroo and received a completely different order. Called Pizza Hut and was given a ridiculous and completely useless excuse that sometimes they pick up the wrong orders the lady I spoke with took no accountability whatsoever and told me to take it up with Deliveroo. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

        Im giving a 5 star review simply for Annad (Im so sorry if Ive spelt that wrong). She was literally the SWEETEST person ever and was so understanding, there was an error in my order and she sorted it out super efficiently. Its rare that you get people like that x
