Rahel has been training me twice a week on my sitting room floor for three years. I can honestly say I have never been stronger and fitter in my whole life - and I am 65. I hate gyms and had lacked any motivation to exercise before, but now I am proud and rather amazed by what she has helped me achieve. Training with Rahel is always a varied sequence of different exercises which keep every session interesting. Legs, arms, abs, cardio - boxing, weights, ball balancing. Shes always coming up with new combinations. Twinges in specific muscles are expertly managed. I had a troublesome elbow which has disappeared. She is more knowledgeable than many a physio and has taught me a lot about how my muscular system works. That understanding is very empowering. She is a wise friend, an inspirational teacher and a great motivator. A few days ago, little old granny - me - was in the Ionian Sea, hauling in the anchor of a 50 foot ketch. The electric windlass had cut out. (Sailors will know how much strength that needs.). In my bikini. I couldnt possibly have done either without Rahels skills. Marion

Rahel has been training me for 6 months for a pole competition. Calisthenics works so fine as conditioning for pole, and training with Rahel made such a difference. She really knows what exercises are going to improve your performance and focus on those, paying special attention to your individual weaknesses. I was so amazed of feeling myself much stronger after only 2-3 sessions! Also, she is so nice and positive it is a pleasure working out with her. Thank you Rahel!

Amazing trainer. Whether 1 on 1 or in a group, Rahel's knowledge, enthusiasm and skills are vast and infectious! She helps everyone find their confidence and see that they can do what they never thought possible. Such positive and uplifting sessions. You're building strength and skills too! Highly recommend.

Rahel is a very inspiring coach. She has the capacity and experience to break an exercise down into the required steps. Personally I feel you will get good progress in your Calisthenics attending her class.

Now in my 80's, I began weekly training sessions with Rahel in 2019 - with the idea of building up and maintaining muscle strength well into old age. Rahel is a warm, kind, patient human being, who is committed to helping and tailors her approach to the individual client. Constantly adding new exercises to a basic regime which targets all areas of the body, she makes the sessions fun as well as challenging; knowledgeably and interestingly explains the reasons behind the movements; is strict but understanding; and is punctual, reliable, and conscientious to a fault.
