The agency has several issues but MAJOR one : "They called up my daughter's school to informed that I moved / moving so that school can revoke my daughter's place. " Why would you harm a child future? How inhuman can and egotistic Cliff/Paul could be? They started blackmailing me and further bullying me when I called up on Friday last week. Cliff entered the flat without permission and accused me of subletting the flat when questioned. The flat has blocked drain with filthy smell and blocked bath with hot water problems. Cliff accuses me of having a attitude towards upstairs tenant whom I never met or seen till date. Also towards the plumber when I rearranged an appointment.

Of all the estate agents in West London, this company is the best with the most integrity and good old fashioned values that dominate its ethics, even at the expense of their growth. Although I never ended up renting from them, of all the estate agents I had to interact with and have gained knowledge about, this company is by far the very best and a very rare example of honesty and integrity still remaining in this industry.
