PS if you have a well behaved dog you can bring him along and he/she can enjoy the park and other doggies while you train!

Bootcamp in the park is the BEST THING EVER!! So happy to have joined Adele and Sylvia in the park. Me and my husband are both really enjoying it and we alternate who attends as we have young kids. It's so important to move our bodies, have time alone (from the kids) and set up our day in the right way. They are hard but accessible workouts for most and the crowd is chatty and fun. Highly recommend!

Come and be part of a relaxed,fun, welcoming ,light hearted team. Adele and Sylvia are very encouraging and motivating and will push you further to challenge yourself but also adapt exercises accordingly to suit your level. Not one class is the same. Ive been going to Ravenscourt Bootcamp for 4 months now and its been really helpful and a motivating enviroment to get back in shape again after inactivity from the last 2 years. All the Instructors are friendly, supportive and give you that extra push to achieve your best... and the other class members are all super super friendly.

Brilliant boot camp in fresh air and all seasons. Fun and varied workouts, friendly crowd and instructors. Great local vibe. Love it!
